摘要
根据能量守恒定律导出了铁路客车制动盘表面的热流密度方程 ,并结合制动时空气对制动盘的作用特点 ,提出了一种表面传热系数随客车速度变化的计算方法。建立客车盘形制动盘的三维有限元模型 ,在紧急制动和长大下坡道常速制动两种工况下 ,对制动盘进行了瞬态温度场分析。
Density of heat flow rate equation of trail vehicle disc brake surface is deduced according to energy conservation principle, and considering characteristic of air acting on disc brake during braking a method of coefficient of heat trasfer along with variation of vehicle velocity is put forth. A three-dimension model of vehicle disc brake is constructed.Transient temperature field of disc brake is analyzed in the case of emergency braking and constant velocity braking at the long slope.
