摘要
根据XV柴油机排气门的工作条件及所进行的宏观断口分析、扫描电镜分析及金相检验 ,认为该排气门断裂为疲劳断裂失效。在故障机理分析的基础上 ,进一步取证 ,证实了原材料材质缺陷问题的确存在。排气门变颈处粗糙加工表面及材质缺陷是造成早期疲劳失效的主要原因 ,即失效主要由材料因素及工艺因素等综合作用引起的。通过对气门的失效分析 。
By analyzing the macrocosmic zone of fracture of the exhaust valve by the scanning microscope and metal phase detection.This paper firstly drew the conclusion that the fatigue fracture failure is the cause of the rupture of the exhaust valve;Then based on the fault mechanism analysis,it concluded that the coarse exhaust valve surface and the deflect of the quality of the materials caused the fatigue failure of the exhaust valve;Finally,it put forward some effective improvement measures.
