摘要
利用数据库保存各种车型典型高压油管压力波数据 ,通过计算待检波形归一化数据与数据库内典型波形归一化数据的几何距离来识别待检波形 ,克服了以往柴油机高压油管压力波形识别方法中存在的缺点。另外 ,查询数据库中同一机车不同时间测量的压力波数据还可以实现高压油管压力波形的跟踪。现场应用表明该波形识别技术简单实用 。
In order to overcome the drawback of previous recognition methods of high-pressure-pipe(HPP)waveforms of a diesel engine,a new recognition technique of calculating the Euclidean distances between data of HPP waveforms with typical waveform data,whose corresponding fuel injection system(FIS)working status were known and stored in a database,is proposed in this paper.The most important part of this method is to get the data normalized before the Euclidean distances are calculated.Moreover,by querying the date of the same diesel engine in the database,the working status of FIS can be traced.The waveform recognition technique described in paper is very simple and can meet the need of a locomotive depot whose locale situation is very complex.
