摘要
控制局域网CAN应用于微机直通式电空制动系统,实时监测各车电空制动控制单元的状态信息,对诊断和优化制动机的性能,起到了重要作用。该系统利用制动控制单元的RS_(232)接口,将各车的制动状态信息,通过控制局域网CAN总线,传输到上位计算机进行分析,反映了各车制动机响应的同步性和一致性,对制动机的故障检测和性能优化提供了重要依据。基于控制局域网的监测系统是适应于铁路微机化控制的、先进的、可靠的、行之有效的一种监测手段。
The Control Area Net (CAN) once applied to computer - controlled direct elctropneumatic brake system, which supervised the status information of every brake control unit in real time, played an important role on detection and optimization of brake machines. The status information from serial port RS232 of every brake control unit was transmitted by CAN bus to central computer to dispose. The synchronizition and unanimity of brake machine respond could be analyzed. It provided the data for fault detection and characteristics optimization. The supervision system based on control area net is the one of advanced, reliable and effective methods to fit with computerizition in railways.
