摘要
应用虚拟数值仿真分析方法,分析了转_(8A)型货车转向架摇枕的强度并预测了转_(8A)型摇枕的疲劳寿命及疲劳薄弱位置。应用计算机辅助设计(CAD)建立转_(8A)型摇枕的模型,将其引入到有限元分析软件MSC/NASTRAN中进行强度分析,将FEM分析结果与实测载荷谱结合,应用MSC/FATIGUE疲劳仿真软件,预测转_(8A)摇枕在随机载荷下的疲劳寿命。
the strength of Z8A bolster of truck bogie frame is analyzed in this paper, and on the basis of that the fatigue life and dangerous points of Z8A bolster are predicted. The solid model of Z8A is built up by means of computer aided design, the is introduced into MSC/NASTRAN software to analyze the strength, the results of finite element analysis and load spectrum test shows the fatigue life of Z8A bolster is predicted with the software MSC/FA-TIGUE .
