目的 探讨焦虑特质与心率变异性及心率的关系。方法 186名飞行学员 ,完成焦虑问卷并记录 5分钟短时程心率变异性。分析焦虑与心率变异性、心率的相关 ,并分组比较。结果 焦虑与心率变异性无显著相关 ,外显焦虑与心率呈显著负相关。低外显焦虑个体心率较快 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 用生理指标对焦虑进行评价缺乏敏感性 ,不同的指标对焦虑程度的变化敏感性不同 ,心率用于评价外显焦虑敏感性较好 ;个体自我陈述的焦虑程度与生理指标的变化可能不一致。

Objective To study the correlation between trait anxiety and heart rate variability and heart rate. Methods 186 flying students completed anxiety questionnaire and ECG were recorded used to analyze the HRV. The correlation between anxiety and HRV and heart rate were analyzed and HRV and heart rate were compared between different levels of anxiety. Results No significant correlation was found between anxiety and HRV. There was an inverse relationship between manifest anxiety and heart rate. Low manifest anxiety individuals have faster heart rate than that of high manifest anxiety( P <0.05). Conclusion Physiological measures are lack of sensitivity to assess anxiety and have disagreement with self-reported anxiety. Heart rate has the more sensitivity to manifest anxiety.
