PLAN OF A NEW SAND-PREVENTIVE PERFORATING CHARGE

防砂射孔是把油井的射孔和防砂两道工序融合在一起的射孔新技术。利用射孔弹射流的携带作用和推进剂的推动,把防砂材料推入孔道,形成孔道内永久性防砂塞。文中概述了防砂射孔的原理、射孔弹的结构和各部分的作用,技术难点和解决途径。模拟试验表明,防砂材料的填充率达到80%以上。

The sand-preventive perforation is a new technique of integrating perforation with sand prevention.In this technique,the carryover function of a jet and the push of assistant propellant are used for driving sand-preventive material into the perforated openings,thus making a permanent sand-preventive plug formed.In this paper,the principle of sand-preventive perforation,the structure of perforating charge and the function of its different parts as well as technological difficult points and their solutions are outlined.The results of modeling tests indicate that the filling ratio of sand-preventive material come up to over 80%.
