福宁高速公路海淤软基应用堤侧爆炸压密挤淤抛石置换法进行处理,共抛196220m3。概述了该法的原理、爆破参数和爆破震动估算。详细介绍了施工工艺、质量控制标准、检测方法。检测结果表明,大部分堤身已落在设计的持力层上,并且中心沉降量远小于1 5cm/d,侧向位移远小于1 0cm/d,这说明抛石层分布稳定。
The toe-shooting method was used for treatment of soft seaooze base in construction of Funing expressway and a rock volume of 196220 cubic meters was thrown. The method principle,blasting parameters and blasting vibration estimation were outlined.The constructing technology,quality control standard and detection methods were expatiated.The detecting results indicate that the major dyke body has sat in the bearing stratum and that central zone has a settlement of more less than 1.5(cm/d) and a side displacement of far less than 1.0 (cm/d),which verify that the thrown rock layer is stable.
