摘要
目的 对医院手术室手术过程中空气细菌总数变化及其影响因素进行动态观察。方法 采用平板自然沉降法对手术室空气进行采样。结果 手术开始后 2 0min至手术结束整个过程中 ,手术室空气细菌总数全部均超过卫生标准 (≤ 2 0 0CFU/m3 ) ,最高达 15 73CFU/m3 ;手术开始后 2 0min、手术结束前 2 0min细菌总数出现两个高峰 ,使整个变化曲线成“M”形状 ;这一变化趋势与人员的活动、仪器的移动、铺单等密切相关。结论 医院手术室手术过程中空气细菌总数变化出现两个明显的高峰 ,人员的活动是影响手术室手术过程中空气细菌总数变化的主要因素。
OBJECTIVE To take a dynamic observation on the changing tendency and influencing factors of the bacteria in the air during operations. METHODS Plate natural sedimentation method was used. RESULTS After air disinfection before operation, 50% of the air bacteria counts in the 8 operation rooms exceeded the sanitary standard (≤200 CFU/m 3).During operations the total bacteria counts in the air all surpassed the sanitary standard,the highest was 1 573 CFU/m 3 which was 7 folds over the sanitary standard.The operation obviously took on some changing tendency. Twenty minutes after the beginning of the operation and 20 min before the end of the operation,the activity of staff,the moving of equipments and so on in the operation room, resulted bacteria counts in the air abruptly increased,showing two peaks on the whole changing curve, like 'M' shape. CONCLUSIONS The changing curve of bacteria counts in the air during operation takes on 'M' shape.The activity of the staff, the moving of equipments in the operation room are the main factors.
