组合移动式空气幕在临床手术中的应用

Movable Assembly Air-screen Applied in Clinical Operation

目的 探讨研究组合移动式空气幕在临床手术过程中 ,对手术间空气质量的改善程度。方法 应用LWC I离心式空气微生物采样器对安装组合移动式空气幕的手术间 ,以传统方法消毒的手术间 ,以及万级固定层流净化手术间 ,90例患者手术过程中空气质量的采样结果进行对照分析。结果 安装组合移动式空气幕的手术间空气中的浮游菌为 14 7.88CFU/m3 ,能够达到国家万级手术间空气浮游菌的洁净标准。结论 组合移动式空气幕的应用 ,有助于改善我国医院手术室空气质量的现状 ,有效控制手术期的感染。

OBJECTIVE To explore the improvement of the air quality in operating rooms after using movable assembly air-screen.METHODS The air samples selected from 90 patients who had operations in the ordinally operating-room with the movable assembly air-screen and in the fixed laminar-flow purifying operating-room were compared and analyzed.RESULTS The suspended bacteria in the operating room with movable assembly air-screen were 147.88 CFU/m 3, which reached the National standard.CONCLUSIONS The application of movable assembly air-screen is useful to change the current air situation in operating room and effective to control infection during operation.
