摘要
4—甲氧基—3—甲基—4′—硝基二苯乙烯(MMONS)是目前世界上倍频效应最高的有机非线性光学材料,它的粉末倍频效应达到尿素的1250倍。本文报道了它的新的制备方法及部分非线性光学性能的研究,并从分子结构和晶体结构二方面讨论了倍频效应极高的原因。
3—methyl—4—methoxy—4'—nitrostilbene shows the largest powder SHG efficiency to date, it's 1250 times that of urea. We reported the new preparation method and study of nonlinear optical properties of MMONS. In this paper, we also tried to explain the reasons that MMONS have the highest SHG efficiency from both molecule and crystal engineering.
