摘要
本文提出用微分脉冲极谱法在0.05mol·L^(-1)四丁基碘化铵—50%乙醇支持电解质中测定芦丁含量,灵敏度达10^(-6)mol·L^(-1),在3×10^(-6)~10^(-4)mol·L^(-1)浓度范围内峰电流与芦丁浓度成线性关系,回收率达95%~103%,可不经分离直接测定复方芦丁片剂中芦丁的含量。
This paper provided a method for the determination of the content of Rutin in compound Rutin tablet. In 0.05mol/L tetrabutyl ammonium iodide-50% ethanol supporting electrolyte, the peak current is direct proportional to the concentration of Rutin, the sensitivity is 10^(-6)mol/L, the linear range is 3×10^(-6)mol/L to 10^(-4)mol/L and the recovery ratio is 95%~103%. This method can be used for the deter minatioin of the content of Rutin in compound Rutin tablet which need not be separated.
