摘要
本文在制备新西兰兔实验性骨缺损模型的基础上 ,探究甲壳质衍生物对骨缺损愈合的促进作用及其机理。实验将新西兰兔 80只 ,雌雄各半 ,制成骨缺损模型后 ,随机分成四组 ,实验组口服N 乙酰氨基葡萄糖和壳寡糖 ,对照组口服接骨片和生理盐水。骨缺损后第 9、17、30、4 2d进行血清生化指标测定。结果显示 ,实验组血清碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)浓度于术后第 17d明显低于生理盐水对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血清钙浓度于术后第17d明显高于生理盐水对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血清磷浓度在术后各时间段内虽有所降低 ,但无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结果表明 ,甲壳质衍生物口服能促进新西兰兔骨缺损的愈合。
To explore the mechanisms of chitin derivatives in promoting fracture healing. Experimental fractures were made in 80 New Zealand rabbits . The animals were randomly divided into four groups: two experimental groups treated orally with chitin derivatives; two control groups treated orally with jie gu pian and NS. After 9,17,30,42 days of treatment,the biochemical indexes related to fracture healing were measured. The results showed that the concentration of ALP in serum of the experimental groups were lower obviously than control group at the seventeenth day(P<0.05), while the concentration of calcium in the experimental groups were higher obviously than the blank control group at the seventeenth day(P<0.05).The test demonstrated that chitin derivatives can promote the healing of fracture.
