摘要
本文给出了用体全息光栅作连续高变比分束元件的设计方法,用全息弱理论分析了分束元件光强输出与转角的关系,计算并测量了分束元件的输出灵敏度和变比范围,实验表明用高衍射效率的重铬酸明胶(DCG)光栅作分束元件其变比范围对透射型达(495—0.004)、反射型达(100—0.19)。
The design method of the holographic continuous splitters with variable beam ratios is presented by using the volume holographic gratings in this paper. The relation between the intensity output of the splitter and reconstructing angle is analysed, and the output sensitivities and the ranges of beam ratios of the splitters are also calculated and measured. The experimental results show that the ranges of beam ratios of the splitters made of DCG gratings with high diffraction efficiencies are achieved up to (495-0.004) for transmission type, (100-0.19) for reflection type.
