摘要
采用Moldflow3 1软件对汽车排气管注射成型进行动态模拟 ,分析了影响制品翘曲变形的主要原因并提出解决了方案。利用Moldflow3 1进行注塑模拟分析 ,确定出最佳注塑工艺参数 ,为用户提供最佳的工艺方案。
Moldflow3.1 software was applied to the analysis of the injecting molding of the vehicle vent-pipe,so as to solve the main problems that had effects on the warpage of product. The simulation of the injecting mold was analyzed to determine the optimum technology parameters by use of Moldflow3.1,so that the optimum technology parameters could be provided to users.
