摘要
研究了聚丙烯 (PP) /铝粉改性复合材料的综合力学性能和导热性能。结果表明 ,用热导率高的铝粉对PP进行填充改性 ,可明显提高PP复合材料的热导率 ,当铝粉体积分数接近 3 0 %时 ,PP/铝粉复合材料的热导率达到 3 5 8W/ (m·K) ,是纯PP树脂的 14倍 ;但综合力学性能有所下降。同时发现Y Agari公式只能在低填充情况下适用。
The comprehensive mechanism properties and thermal conductivity of aluminum powder/PP composite were studied. The results showed that the filling of PP with aluminum powder could obviously improve the thermal conductivity of the modified composite. When the volume fraction of aluminum powder was 30%,the thermal conductivity of the composite came up to 3.58 W/(m·K),being 14 times of that of pure PP,but the mechanism properties of the composite descend. We also found that the equation of Y. Agari could only be applied in the case of low-filling condition.
