摘要
由热力学分析了Si-C -O系中一些化学反应之间的关系以及SiC制品的钝化氧化。在有固体碳过剩存在的条件下 ,绘制了该体系凝聚相的稳定区域图。计算表明 ,气相中SiO气体含量不小 ,这就为生产SiO2 微粉创造了条件。
The chemical reactions in Si-C-O complex system and the passive oxidation and active oxidation in silicon carbide products are analyzed from thermodynamics.The areas of condensed phases stability in Si-C-O system are drawn under the condition of existing surplus carbon.The calculation results show that there is some amount of SiO gas in gas phase and that has created a condition for forming silica fume.
