摘要
本文通过计算模拟谱各谱线的面积证明微分消卷积法可对重叠谱各组分的含量进行定量分析。把微分消卷积法推广应用到重叠的液相色谱,可使重叠的组分得到分离,而且它们的含量也获得了满意的结果。
The derivative deconvolution can do quantitative analysis by calculating the square of the lines of simulated Spectra. The multicomp onent bands of the overlapped liquid chromatography have been resolved and their quantitative results have been got by the derivative deconvolution.
