麝香保心丸结合消心痛治疗老年冠心病心绞痛

SHEXIANG BAOXIN PILL COMBINED WITH ISOSORBIDE DINITRATE IN TREATING ANGINA PECTORIS OF ELDERLY CORONARY HEART DISEASE

目的研究麝香保心丸对老年人冠心病心绞痛患者的疗效。方法治疗组甲口服消心痛(二硝酸异山梨醇),每次5mg,每日3次和急性胸痛或胸闷时临服或舌下含化麝香保心丸,每次2粒;治疗组乙口服消心痛,每次5mg,每日3次和麝香保心丸口服或舌下含化,每次2粒每日3次。86例自身对照,先用治疗组甲方法3个月后,改用治疗组乙方法3个月。结果治疗组乙有心绞痛症状改善、发作频率减少、心律失常好转、心肌耗氧量降低、心功能、活动耐量提高及左室射血分数增加均优于治疗组甲(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸结合消心痛是一组安全有效治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的良药。麝香保心丸既可临服急用,亦宜常服。

Objective To study the clinical effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with lsosorbide dinitrate in treating angina pectoris of elderly coronary heart disease. Methods Group I was treated with Shexing Baoxin Pill 2 pills. P.R.N.(if there is Angina) and Isosorbide dinitrate 5 mg,3 times daily;Group 2 was treated with Shexing Baoxin pill 2 pills, 3 times a day and Isosorbide dinitrate 5mg,3 times a day orally for three months. Results Group 2 was better than Group I in therapeutic effect,and there was significant difference between group 2 and group 1(P< 0.05).The former could result in remarkable improvement of Angina pectoris,Arrhythmia,Myocardial oxygen consumption,Cardiac function,Lest ventricular ejection fraction and Exercise tolerance. Conclusions The effects on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated by Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with Isosorbide dinitrate are satisfactory.They can maintain the curative effect for a long time(≥3 months) by oral medication.
