摘要
将丝素溶解于CaCl_2—C_2H_5OH—H_2O(1:3:8摩尔比)混合溶剂中,经透析得到丝素溶液,在粘合剂和交链剂作用下,涂敷于涤纶基质纤维表面,形成再生丝素膜,可以获得丝素涂膜涤纶新材料.新材料的膜涂敷率为3.78%,能耐热水洗涤;标准回潮率比涤纶高1倍;5%定伸长回弹率80%;可以采用弱酸性染料按蚕丝染色条件染色.
The silk fibroin is dissolved in CaCl2-C2H5OH-H2O mixture(1:2:8 in mole ration). The
dissolved Silk fibroin is regenerated by coating the dialyzed solution into the film on the PET-ma-
trix fibre by means of binding agent and cross linking agent, the coated percentage of the new mate-
rial is 3. 78% and it is wash-proof to and the rebound degree of 5% elongation is 80%. As condi-
tion of silk , it can be dyed by acid dyes.
