经皮经肝胆管引流在阻塞性黄疸减黄术中的应用

Application of percutaneous transhepatico-choledochal drainage to reduce in malignant obstructive jaundice

目的 :评价经皮经肝胆管引流 (PTCD)在恶性阻塞性黄疸减黄术中的应用。方法 :对 2 6例老年恶性阻塞性黄疸病人行PTCD术。结果 :所有病人病情均好转。结论 :PTCD是简单、微创、安全有效的减黄术 ,尤其适用于老年晚期恶性阻塞性黄疸病人。

Objective:To evaluate the value of the application of percutaneous transhepatico-choledochal drainage(PTCD) to reduce jaundice in malignant obstructive jaundice.Methods:PTCD was performed in 26 cases of senile patients with malignant obstructive jaundice.Results:The state of illness in all patients was improved.Conclusion:PTCD is a simple,mini-traumatic,safe and effective way to reduce jaundice,especially for senile patients with malignant obstructive jaundice.
