原发性肝癌血管新生化和抗血管生成研究进展
摘要
原发性肝癌血管新生化与其生长浸润、转移、分期及预后密切相关 ,抑制肝癌血供的方法有望成为今后肝癌治疗的突破口。本文主要介绍了原发性肝癌新生的机制和抗血管生成策略的相关研究进展。
