高速自动缫丝机SFD—507型的设计试验——机电一体化纤度控制装置在自动缫丝机上的成功应用 被引量:1

摘要 由于采用了已获得国家专利的机电结合纤度控制装置,使SFD—507型自动缫丝机成为机电一体化的高速自动缫丝机,其主要性能指标如探索周期、失添时间,添绪能力,寿命等均优于现有各种型号的机械式自动缫丝机.本文介绍SFD-507型的主要设计原理,技术关键的解决和生产性试验情况.根据实缫情况表明,本机已全面达到优质,高产,低消耗的目标,是机电一体化技术改造传统产业的成功例子.推广本机将使我国缫丝业产生很大的进步,并进入高速缫丝的新阶段. Because of the successful application of the mechanoectronic size-control device on the auto -reeling machine, the SFD -507 Model Auto-Machine has become high speed auto-reeling machine of mechano-electronic combination and its major performance indexes such as detecting period, time of miss feeding, capacity of feeding cocoon, life-time etc are better than the series of current mechnical auto-reeling machined. This paper introduces the SFD-507 major design, the keys of technical and the reeling ex- periment. Experiments show that the new machine has reached the excellent quality, high speed and low spending and it is the successful example by applying the high sciences and technics to re- form the old mill. Using this new machine will make great progress in the reeling mill in our country and therefore, the reeling mill will be coming into a new stage of the high speed reeling.
