蚕丝/棉复合丝织物同色性研究

A STUDY ON THE DYEING IDENTICAL COLOUR ABILITY OF SILK/COTTON COVERING YARN FABRIC

采用正交试验和单因素试验法对直接染料和活性染料在蚕丝/棉复合丝织物上的染色性能进行了研究.改变染色条件:pH值、温度和电解质等,研究染色条件对上染率、染色牢度、同色性等的影响,初步确定直接染料和活性染料在蚕丝和棉纤维上的同色染色条件,并用生物显微镜观察两种纤维上染料的分布状态和同色效果.

In this paper, the dyeing ability of direct and reactive dyes on the silk/cotton covering yarn fabric has been studied put to use the L9(3)3 crossed and the single element methods. Discussed the dyeing conditions (PH, temperature, dyeing asistants) effect on the dyeing exhaustion, dyeing fastness and identical colour behaviour. It has been established that dyeing condition of identical colour for direct and reactive dyes on the silk and cotton fibres. The distribute of dyes and the identical colour behaviour on the silk/cotton fibers have been observed by biological microscopy.
