1596例眼底荧光造影患者中不良反应分析及对策

The analysis and nursing of side-effects and nursing measure about fundus fluorescein angiography in 1596 cases

目的:探讨眼底荧光血管造影中不良反应的相关因素,提出护理对策。方法:对1596例眼底荧光血管造影中发生不良反应的157例进行统计分析。结果:不良反应发生率为(9.84％),50岁以下者不良反应发生率高于50岁以上者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且男性不良反应发生率高于女性(P<0.01)。结论:眼底荧光血管造影的不良反应发生率主要集中于中、青年男性,应针对性加强对高发人群眼底荧光血管造影前、后的护理。

Objective: To investigate the side-effects on fluorescein fundus angiography. Methed: 1596 patients were retrospectively investigated after fluorscein fundus angiography. Result: The Side effects occurred in 157 of 1596 patients (9.83%) . The complications were associated with patients' age (P <0.01) and sex ( P < 0.01) . Correct nursing can prevent and reduce complications. Conclusion: The side effects on fluorescein fundus angiography were maily concentrated on young and middle-aged male adults and correct nursing procedures were necessary.
