本文主要分析了世贸组织主要成员国标准化管理体制的起源和特点,并与我国国土资源标准化管理体制作了对比,得出标准化管理体制由政府主导型向学术团体主导型过渡的必然趋势。提出了发挥学会或协会的专业技术优势,分阶段逐步实现标准化管理体制与国际接轨的问题。

The paper focuses on the origin and traits associated with the system of standardization management carried out by the primary members of the WTO, and through comparing with the system of standardization management of land resources, obtaining a result that system of standardization management should transit from government-oriented to academic- group- oriented. The author makes a proposal that society or association should be given full play to its professional technology and gradually bring the standardization management system in line with international practice.
