中子活化分析法测定健康人和病人头发中微量元素含量的研究

DETERMINATION OF MICROELEMENTS IN THE HAIR OF NORMAL INDIVIDNALS PATIENTS BY NEUTRON ACTIVTION ANALYSIS

本文报道用中子活化分析法(NAA)进行健康人和病人(克汀病和肿瘤)头发中微量元素含量测定的研究:测定29例克汀病人和11名健康人头发中22种元素含量的研究;测定60例肿瘤病人和60名健康人头发含量的研究。结果发现:Fe、Cr、Br、As、V 等元素的含量,克汀病人组低于正常人组,Mn、Se、Zn、Cu 等含量高于正常人组。t 检验,必须微量元素 Cr、Se、Br、As 和其它宏量元素或主要元素 Cl、Ca、Sb、Hg、Au 两组均值差异非常显著(P<0.01),Mg、Na两组均值差异显著(P<0.05)。肿瘤病人组 Cu、Mn、Al、Sb 等元素高于正常人组,而 Se、V、Ca、Cl、MgS、Zn、Br、Hg 等元素低于正常人组。经 t 检验,其中 Ca 两组均值差异非常显著(P<0.01),Al、Cl、Zn、Sb 差异显著(P<0.05)。

This article deals with the determination of microelement content in the hair of normal indivials and patients with cretinism and cancer by neutron activation analysis.22 kinds of element content in the hair of 29 cases with cretinism and 11 cases of normal individuals,60 cases with cancer and 60 cases of normal individuals was determined.It was found that the content of Fe,Cr、Br、As and V,etc in the group of the patients with cretinism is lower than that in the group healthy individuals,while the content of Mn Se、Zn、Cu、etc is higher in the group of the patients than that in the group of healthy individuals.“T”test shows that in two groups the average differe- nce in the necessary mieroelements,such as Cr、Se、Br、As and other macro- elemenet or main elements Cl、Ca、Sb,Hg and Au is very obvious (P<0.01) And the difference in elements Mg and Na in two groups is also very obvio- ns (P<0.05). The content of Cu,Mn Al and Sb.etc in the group of patients with cancer is higher than that in the group of healthy individuals while the content of Se、V、Ca、Cl、Mg、S、Zn、Br、Hg etc is lower in the group of patients than that in the group of healthy induviduals“T”test shows that in two groups the average difference in Ca is very obvious (P<0.01).The difference in elements Al、Cl、Zn、Sb ere in two groups is also very obvious (P<0.05).
