摘要
全文就前列腺癌间断内分泌治疗的基础医学及临床研究进展作了总结,从其应用的分子生物学基础、动物模型实验及临床研究3方面进行了系统阐述。认为间断内分泌治疗可延缓前列腺癌发展为非激素依赖性,提高患者生活质量,延长患者生存时间及降低治疗费用,但还需要大规模的随机对照实验验证。
It's summarized both fundamentally and clinically for the latest research work to intermittent androgen suppression(IAS)for prostate cancer and discussed in3aspects molecular biology,animal model and clinical trial.IAS may delay prostate cancer to develop into hormone refractory,to make better quality of life for patients,to prolong survival and to reduce the cost of therapy,but it needs more large randomized clinical trials to conform its efficacy.
