Glut1、MVD在大肠癌的表达及与肝转移关系

Expression of Glutl and MVD in Colorectal Carcinoma and the Relationship Between the Expressions and Liver Metastasis

[目的] 探讨大肠癌组织中Glutl、MVD表达及其与肝转移的关系。[方法] 采用免疫组化SP法，检测42例大肠癌组织中Glutl及MVD的表达。[结果] Glutl阳性表达率为9l％，MVD值为15～145(43．2±25．4)。大肠癌组织中Glutl表达与MVD表达呈显著正相关(r=0．421．P<0．01)。两者均与肝转移和Dukes分期呈正相关(P<0．05．P<0．01)，且在肝转移组中两者表达呈高度一致性，其表达一致率为84．2％。与非肝转移组(34．8％)比较有显著性差异(P<0．01)。[结论] Glutl、MVD与大肠癌恶性演进有关。Glutl、MVD共同检测有利于大肠癌患者肝转移的预测。

To investigate the expressions of Glut1and MVD in colorectal carcinoma and the rela-tionship between the expressions with clinicopathologic factors and liver metastasis.The expres-sions of Glut1and MVD in cancer tissue specimens were determined by S-P immunohistochemical tech-nique in42cases with colorectal carcinoma.The positive expression rate of Glut1was91%,the MVD value was15~145(43.2±25.4).There was positive correlation between the expressions of Glut1and MVD in colorectal carcinoma tissue(r=0.421,P<0.01).The expressions of Glut1and MVD were positively correlated with liver metastasis and Duke's stage(P<0.05,P<0.01).In liver metastasis group,both expres-sions presented high correspondence,the correspondence rate was84.2%.It was significantly different than that in non liver metastasis group(34.8%,P<0.01).[Conclusion]Glut1and MVD are strongly associated with colorectal carcinoma progression.Combined detection of Glut1and MVD helps to predict the liver metastasis in patients with colorectal carcinoma.
