摘要
应用^(125)IUdR标记K_(562)靶细胞技术测定健康老年人和健康青年人外周血淋巴细胞自然杀伤(NK)活性,结果表明两组间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。对照前人的研究,该结果认为NK细胞活性不存在明显的随龄变化。
We studied natural killer(NK)cell activity in the peripheral blood lymphocytes in young andaged persons with ages ranging from 21-28 and 60-87 years respectively,using (125)~IUdR labeled(562)~Kcells as target cell activity between healthy young and aged persons(p>0.05).These resultssuggest that the NK cell activity does not show apparent age-relaled decline.
