南水北调工程社会适应性解读

南水北调 ,满足了受水区的长期用水渴求 ,实现水资源的优化配置 ,缓解用水矛盾 ,保证城乡之间和区域之间经济和社会的可持续发展 ,与国家中西部发展战略、反贫困战略是一致的。而且长期的研究和既有的舆论、跨流域长距离调水的成功实践、沿线群众的支持 ,形成了南水北调工程的心理预期。

Carrying southern water to north meets the needs of water-received region longing for water, optimizing water resources, of easing water contradiction, of supporting constant economic and social development between the country and the city and between the regions. It is in accord with the state strategy to develop the middle and western part and to reduce the backwardness. The long-term study, the present publishing, the successful practice of carrying water covering long-distance water region, the support from the masses along the line have formed the psychological expectation of the project.
