摘要
WTO对中国法治进程尤其是对立法的影响是不言而喻的 ,会给我国带来一场深刻的法律制度变革 ,并对立法的数量和质量提出新的要求。为适应加入WTO的需要 ,我国应努力提高行政立法的质量 ,建立起与WTO规则相协调、适应社会主义市场经济发展需要和促进社会全面进步的完备的法律体系。
It's self-evident that WTO influences the process of law governing is China especially the legislation. It will bring our country a deep legal system change and propose new requirements for the quantity and quality of legislation. In order to meet the needs of entering WTO, the state should increase the quality of legislation, set up a perfect legal system in accord with the rules of WTO, suitable to the development of socialist market economy and to the overall social progress.
