摘要
本文提出“内核—外圈”型人力资源管理的模式。根据人力资本和组织战略的相关性、人力资本的独特性和人力资本的成长性这三个维度把员工简单区分为“内核”员工和“外圈”员工 ,探讨并评论“内核—外圈”型人力资源管理模式的运行情况。
This paper has put forward a 'core-outer lane' personnel management model. The personnel can be divided into 'core' employees and 'ring' employees based on the three dimensions: the relativity of personnel capital and organization strategy, the pecurality of personnel capital and the potency of personnel capital. This management model has been discussed and commented.
