广西甘蔗生产机械化发展的策略研究

Strategy research of the development of mechanization in sugarcane production in Guangxi

在分析了广西甘蔗生产机械化现状及存在的主要问题的基础上,阐述了广西发展甘蔗生产机械化的总体思路和战略目标,并提出了加快制定发展规划、充分发挥政府部门的宏观引导和调控作用、加快示范基地建设、完善农机社会化服务体系、提高农民和农机经营者的素质、加大农机科技开发和推广力度等对策措施,以推进广西甘蔗生产机械化发展进程。

Based on the analysis of developmental states of sugarcane mechanization in Guangxi,the total way of thinking and strategy target of sugarcane mechanization development in Guangxi had been elucidated.In order to improve sugarcane mechanization level in Guangxi,a series of measures,including establishing quickly developmental program,improving full macroscopic leading and control effect of government section,accelevating demonstration base construction,perfecting agricultural machine acculturation sevice system,increasing farmer and manager quality,enlarging agricultural machine technology development and extension,had been put forward.
