摘要
本文介绍了智能控制技术(专家系统、模糊控制、人工神经网络)在铝电解过程中的研究与应用,重点描述了模糊专家控制器、推理机的推理过程和槽况诊断专家系统的设计思想,为铝电解控制提供了新的有效解决方案,并在生产实际中取得了很好的控制效果和经济效益。
This paper introduced research and application of intelligent control technology in aluminum reduction process, including expert system, fuzzy control and artificial neural net. And it described mainly the design idea of fuzzy expert controller, reasoning process of automation machine and cell status diagnostic expert system, which offers new effective solution for aluminum reduction control, then get good control effect and economic technology target in actual production.
