摘要
ConA 和 PHA 均能激发 Ly—CL。在同等剂量下,ConA 引起的 Ly—CL 峰值较 PHA 高,峰时较 PHA 短。PHA 激发 Ly—CL 的最佳条件是:PHA200μg/ml,淋巴细胞1×10~6个/ml,Luminol 浓度1×10^(-4)mol/L。随着淋巴细胞在4℃存放时间的延长,LY—CY 峰值下降,峰时延长,均和存放时间呈线性关系(P<0.0005)。
Lymphocyte chemiluminescence(Ly-CL)could be brought about by ConA or PHA.At thesame dose,the intensity of Ly-CL caused by ConA was higher than that by PHA,the peak time wasshorter than that by PHA.The best conditions for PHA-induced LY-CL were:PHA 200μg/ml,lymphocyte 1×10~6/ml,Luminol 1×10^(-4)mol/ml.With the prolongation of cell preservation time at4℃,the intensity of Ly-CL decreased and the peak time became longer.There were very significantcorrelation(P<0.0005)between the intensity or the peak time of Ly-CL and the preservationtime.
