癌症患者放疗前后淋巴细胞 DNA 合成及其辐射效应 被引量:1

摘要 用~3H—TdR 掺入淋巴细胞 DNA 合成法,研究11例癌症患者放疗前、后(45~65GY)外周血被 PHA、PWM 诱导淋巴细胞转化的 DNA 合成能力及其辐射效应。结果发现,癌症患者淋巴细胞DNA 合成能力较正常人明显降低;放疗后更低。放疗后癌患者血液再经^(60)Coγ线0.25~4GY 照射后,两种诱导细胞的~3H 掺入量均依受照射剂量大小呈规律性减少。PHA 细胞 DNA 合成受抑大于 PWM细胞。 By means of 3~H-TdR incorporation,the analysis of the effects of 60~Co gamma rays on thesyntheses of DNA in PHA and PWM induced-lymphocytes were performed in the patients sufferingfrom cancer.The re(?)ults showed that the syntheses of DNA in the lymphocytes of the patients werelower than that of the normal subjects and were even lower after radio-therapy.The another resultsfrom the patient's lymphocytes expoured to 60~Co gamma rays in vitro at dose 0,0.25,1 and 4 Gyshowed that the 3~H-TdR incorporation values in lymphocytes reduced with increasing irradiationdose,and the reduction of 3~H-TdR incorporation values in PHA-induced cells was significant.
