摘要
目的 :定量分析下肢动脉血栓形成后管腔狭窄程度的分级。方法 :应用彩超检查下肢动脉血栓形成患者50例 ,彩色血流束包绕血栓 ,根据血栓大小测量其动脉狭窄度。并分析彩色多普勒频谱与狭窄度的关系。结果 :狭窄度<25 %时 ,动脉远端脉冲多普勒频谱无明显变化 ;狭窄度达25 %~50%时 ,动脉远端血流速度下降 ,但脉冲多普勒频谱无原则变化 ;狭窄度>50 %时 ,动脉远端脉冲多普勒频谱为收缩期峰值速度降低的单相波形 ;闭塞时 ,血流信号消失。结论
Objective:To analyze the classification of stenosis induced by arterial thrombosis in lower limbs. Methods:Fifty cases were detected by color doppler flow imaging(CDFI).The thrombus was surrounded by color blood flow beam,and the stenosis degree of artery was measured according to the thrombosis size.The relationship between pulse wave(PW)and stenosis degree was analyzed.Results:There was no change in distal pulsed doppler spectrums when stenosis was less than 25%,and the distal blood flow decreased when stenosis was from 25%to 50%.The monophase waveform in decreased systolic blood velocity occurred when stenosis was greater than 50%.The blood flow signal disappeared in vessel occlusion.Conclusion:The clinical signs were related to the classification of artery stenosis induced by thrombosis closely.
