摘要
采用广谱抗血清及单特异性抗血清对Coombs 阳性温抗体型自身免疫溶血性贫血141例进行免疫分型,并对Coombs 试验效价、型别与病情之间关系、药物治疗及脾切除后型别变化、激素治疗有效的机理等进行探讨。
Immuno—typing on 141 cases of autoimmune hemolytic anemia with coombs'positive reactedwarm antibody was performed using the broadspectrum multivalent antiserum and single specific anti-serum.Discussion has been made on the relationship between the titer of Coombs'test and the type,and prognosis,the type alteration after medicine therapy and splenectomy,and the mechanism of theeffective treatment with corticosteroid.
