The Regulation Effects of Lithium on Hematopoietic Stem Cell

用集落方法和~3H—TdR 掺入实验检查锂对造血干细胞增殖分化的影响。结果提示,锂对造血干细胞具有直接和间接作用,间接影响是通过淋巴细胞实现的。

The effects of Lithium on stem cell growth and differentiation were examined by means of CFU—S assays in vivo and ~3H—TdR incorporation in vitro.These examinations indicate that Lithium is ableto act directly at the level of CFU—S and produces an indirect action on CFU—S via lymphocytes.
