奶牛胎衣不下与血浆NO、GSH-Px、MDA变化的关系 被引量:13

摘要 选用产后健康奶牛 9例和产后胎衣不下奶牛 9例 ,于产后 0 h、4h、8h、1 2 h、1 6h采血分离血浆 ,测定一氧化氮 ( NO)、丙二醛 ( MDA)含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶 ( GSH-Px)活性 ,探讨血浆 NO、GSH-Px、MDA变化与胎衣不下的关系。结果表明 ,试验组血浆 NO、MDA极显著高于对照组 ,GSH-Px含量极显著低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,表明血浆 NO、GSH-Px、MDA的变化参与了产后胎衣不下的发生、发展。 Nine postpartum healthy cows(Control group, CG) and nine placental retention cows (Experimental group, EG) were studied. Blood samples were collected at 0, 4, 8, 12, 16 h after delivery.Nitrogen oxide (NO),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activities and the malondialdehyde (MDA) contents were analyzed.The results showed that NO and MDA in EG was significantly higher than that of in CG at 0, 4,8,12,16 h after delivery(P<0.01); GSH-Px in EG was significantly lower than that of in CG at 0, 4,8,12,16 h after delivery(P<0.01).It suggested that the change of NO, GSH-Px and MDA should play an important role in the pathogenesis of placention retention.
