摘要
用电生理学方法进一步研究下丘脑室旁核(PVN)在针刺镇痛中的作用。在大鼠PVN 中共记录到82个神经元的单位放电。电针能使28.5%的神经元放电频率增加,47.0%的放电频率减少,24.5%的放电频率无明显改变。伤害性电刺激坐骨神经可引起PVN 神经元兴奋、抑制、先兴奋后抑制和先抑制后兴奋等多种反应。电针能抑制伤害性反应,并缩短反应时程。实验结果为PVM 参与针刺镇痛提供电生理学证据。
The present experiment was undertaken with electrophysiological technique to further investigatethe role of hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus(PVN)in acupuncture analgesia.The unit dischargesof 82 neurons were recorded from PVN in rats.Electroacupuncture could result in an increase offiring rate in 28.5%,decrease in 47.0% and no change in 24.5% of PVN neurons.Various typesof reactions including excitation,inhibition,excito—inhibition and inhibito—excitation were observedduring noxious stimulation of sciatic nerve.The intensity and the duration of nociceptive reactionswere inhibited after electroacupuncture.It is suggested that these results might be considered as an ele-etrophysiologieal evidence of the involvement of PVN in acupuncture analgesia.
