鸡消化道正常菌群的研究进展

Research Progress of Normal Flora of Chicken's Digestive Tract

在鸡的消化道内定植着大量的正常菌 ,主要有乳酸菌、拟杆菌、梭菌、肠杆菌等 ,他们对于维持机体健康、提高抗病能力以及营养、免疫都起着重要的作用。正常情况下 ,正常菌群与鸡机体二者之间形成相互依赖、相互制约的动态平衡的微生态系 ,当这种平衡被破坏 ,就可导致机体发病。微生态制剂可以最大限度维持这种平衡 ,使机体处于健康状态。文章对鸡消化道正常菌群的消化特点、种类和数量、生理作用及机理 ,消化道菌群失调的原因及危害、动物微生态制剂的研究等作了综述。

There are much normal floras in the digestive tract of chicken,for instance Lactobacillus,Bacteroides,Fusobacterium,Bacillus etc,which have important role for chiken health,prevention disease,nutrien and immune.It is dynamic equilibrium microecosystem of dependence and restrict each other between normal flora and chicken.Chicken will be sick when the equilibration is lost. Microecological preparation can maintain the equilibration for maximum limitation and make chicken more health.This article descripted digestive characteristic,species and quantity,physiological action and mechanism of normal floras in the digestve tract of chicken,reason and endenger of imbalance on normal floras,research on animal microecosystem etc.
