用人脑胶质瘤体外细胞系筛选植物抗癌药

Screening for Herbal Anticarcinogens with Human Brain Glioma Cell line SHG—44

以人脑胶质瘤体外细胞系SHG—44为靶细胞,氟脲嘧啶脱氧核苷为阳性对照药,庆大霉素和PBS 为阴性对照,对26种植物药成份进行药物敏感性测定。按Bliss 正规机率单位法计算它们对SHG—44细胞的半数抑制浓度。结果表明,有两种植物药对SHG—44有较强的细胞毒作用,推荐作进一步研究。

Drug sensitivity tests were carried out on 26 kinds of Chinese herbal ingredients with humanbrain glioma cell line SHG—44 as farget cell.Fluorouridine as control for negative reaction,IC_(50) ofthese herbal ingredients were calculated using Bliss probit method.Two herbal ingredients showedpowerful cytotoxie effects,which were recommoded for forther study.
