摘要 该文运用向量分析的方法解析了电网等值参数和相间功率控制器相关参数之间的关系。对控方主导系数K值进行计算分析,提出了控方主导与运行制约协调选取参数的原则和步骤。以IPC240电路模型为载体,东北电网为控方电网,华北电网为受控方电网,假设在东北-华北联络线绥中端口处装设相间功率控制器(IPC)。东北电网以绥中为等值端口,华北电网以姜家营为等值端口,运用戴维南等值对两侧电网进行处理。探讨了东北、华北电网互联IPC参数优化问题,并给出了IPC参数的取值范围。 Vector-analyzing method is applied in this paper to analysis the relationship between the network and Interphase power controller (IPC)'s parameters. The principle and steps of parameter selection can be proposed after deducing the controlling coefficient K. Based on the ipc240 circuit model, it is supposed that IPC be equipped on Suizhong port of the Tie-line of the northeast and north network with the former as controlling network while the latter as controlled one. Suizhong node is selected as the equivalent node in the Northeast network and Jiangjiaying node as the equivalent node of the North, and the two networks can be equaled by the Davinan three-point equivalence method. At last, the parameter of IPC between the northeast and north Tie-line is optimized, and the range of IPC parameter is also provided.
