摘要
该文描述了利用流态化洗涤与布袋过滤相结合的工艺净化垃圾焚烧烟气的研究结果。建立了处理烟气量为150~2000Nm^3/h的试验台,该试验系统由增湿调温器、吸收塔、除沫器、化浆池、沉降池及测量子系统等组成。吸收塔内径1.2m,高6.5m。试验结果如下:当吸收剂为石灰石浆 液,浆液浓度为1%,循环倍率为3,喷射速度为5~15m/s,鼓泡管插入深度140mm时,净化装置的二噁英净化效率为99.35%,尾气中二噁英的排放浓度(O_2:11%时)为0.1573ng/Nm^3。上述排放值接近国外发达国家排放要求。
This paper presents a flue gas purification technology of using fluidized absorption tower and fabric filter for flue gas of co-combustion municipal solid waste and coal in a fluidized bed. A fluidized absorption test rig for flue gas purification in MSW incineration is set up. It is mainly composed of humidification and attemperation semi-system, absorption tower, demister, slurry-making pool, desilter, and measurement semi-system. The total height of absorption tower is 6.5m, diameter of reaction pool is 1.2m and the flow rate of flue gas is about 150-2000Nm3/h. The experimental results are as follows. When absorbent is limestone slurry, the concentration of slurry is 1%, the circulation ratio is 3, the jet rate is 5-15m/s and the immerged depth of bubbling pipe under the slurry is 140mm, the purification efficiency of dioxins in purification facility is 99.35%. The concentration of dioxins in flue gas is 0.1573ng/Nm3 while the concentration of oxygen is 11%. The emission concentration said above approaches the emission standard of the developed country.
