摘要
原位结晶法制备的自生颗粒增强金属基复合材料因其增强体尺寸、形态与分布方式便于人工控制的特点而备受重视。对现有原位结晶法所用基体合金与增强体的选择进行了总结,并对多种增强体分布控制技术进行了系统的对比研究,认为该方法是实现“可设计材料”的重要研究思路之一,并在此基础上对该方法的进一步开发与研究进行了展望。
Because it provides a convenient means to control the shape ,size and distribution of reinforcements in MMCs,in-situ crystallization technique has been studied widely and thoroghly.Methods for controlling reinforcement distribution are reviewed systematically ,as well as selection of matrix and reinforcing materials. The results of this analysis indicate that the in-situ crystallization technique should be one of best ways to prepare 'designable material'. Meanwhile,the outlook of its development and research is also discussed in this paper.
