摘要
本文研究刚性聚合物(PMMA、PS,AS)对聚氯乙烯韧性体(PVC/MBS、PVC/CPE、PVC/NBR)力学性能的影响。结果表明,填加少量的刚性聚合物可使PVC韧性体的冲击强度有较大提高,且拉伸强度和模量有所回升或变化不大,其有着不同于弹性体增韧塑料的规律和特征。
The effects of rigid polymers(PMMA、PS、AS) on the mechanical properties of ductile polyvinyl chloride (PVC/MBS、PVC/CPE、PVC/NBR) were studied. The results showed that the impact strength of ductile PVC was significantly increased by blending a little amount of rigid polymers, while the tensile strength and modulus were increased slightly. The modified ductile PVC differed from elastomer toughening plastics in properties and regulari-ty.
