摘要 我省的中小学音乐教育仍为教育中最为薄弱的环节。主要存在问题有:音乐教育的非艺术化、个体化倾向;教学比赛浮夸、重结果不重过程;师资队伍和教学条件,地方差异极大。为提高广东省中小学音乐教育水平,笔者提出几点建议:树立教育面向全体学生的观念;多渠道、多形式办学,提高农村音乐师资的质量;设立专项资金,加大对艺术教育的投入。 In the education systems of Guangdong province,the music education of primary and high school is the weakest one.The main problems are:the music education is much un-artistic and individual;one attaches importance to the result other than the process in boastful teaching contest;great local diversity exists in the rank of teachers and teaching condition.For advancing the level of primary and high school of music education in Guangdong province,the author puts forward a few following suggestions;to build up a concept of education facing to all pupils;to run school through various channels and forms and to promote the level of village music teachers;to set up a special fund and to increase the invest for art education.
