摘要
本文运用正交试验设计方法选用L_(16)正交表对三因素(CaCO_3、DOP、CPE加入量)进行四水平安排,确定出电冰箱(柜)门封材料的最优配方,研究了门封材料的塑化性能和流变性能。所试制材料挤出的门封条,经测定和实际使用均达到各冰箱(柜)厂的设计要求,完全可以替代进口。
The optimum formula for plastics sealing materials used in refrigerator was obtained by as mininum numbers of tests as possible using L_(16) orthogonal test design form and arranging four levels for three factors(CaCO_3, DOP,CPE content). Plasticizing and rheological pro-perties of sealing materials were studied. Application and test results showed that the door seals from the extruded material were in accord with the design standard of various refrige-rator factories.
